If PayPal verifies your identity and confirms your address there will be no delay in processing your order. If you have an alternate address registered and confirmed with PayPal, there will be no delay in processing your order
Orders with credit card payments MUST SHIP to the billing address associated with the card. Orders where you enter another address for shipping will be delayed. To help prevent this so you can have your order shipped to your workplace or an alternate address, register that address with your credit card company. This, in general, is good advice for your online shopping experience.
